Dustin Castellarin has 15 years experience in Construction and Project management. Once he completed his red seal, he quickly rose to the foreman position overseeing multi-million dollar projects.
He soon after moved into the Project manager role overseeing multiple projects and ensuring budgets and client schedules were met. Dustin advanced to the Production manager position, running a high paced, efficient manufacturing plant with multiple bespoke projects running concurrently.
Dustin possesses a strong appetite for learning and an unwavering commitment to improving processes. He continually seeks out innovative ways to deliver high-quality results while remaining mindful of budget constraints. With his strong leadership skills, Dustin is able to guide teams towards finding efficient and cost-effective solutions.
