Coastal Grove Construction Ltd. is owned and run by Jessi and Dustin Castellarin. We’re a BC Housing licensed residential builder (licence 53228) based in Sechelt, renovating and building on the Coast since 2022, from Langdale to Egmont.
Jessi Castellarin
Jessi has 24 years of experience in construction and manufacturing. He started as a labourer, spent years working as a carpenter, earned his Red Seal as both a Glazier and a Joiner, and worked up from site foreman to senior superintendent, overseeing residential, commercial and institutional projects. He spent years as an architectural superintendent with a national building-envelope contractor, running the air barriers, rainscreen walls, windows and flashing that keep water out, and has completed the BC Energy Step Code training (Modules 1–8).
Dustin Castellarin
Dustin has 19 years of experience in construction and project management. After earning his Red Seal as a Glazier he moved into foreman and production-manager roles, running a fast-paced plant with multiple custom projects at once.
