What things cost on the Coast
Real 2026 price ranges for the work we do on the Sunshine Coast, so you can set a budget before you call anyone. Prices are before tax and include materials and labour. Your final price comes from a written scope after a site visit.

Bathroom renovations

Decks and railings
Deck prices include framing and footings. Stairs and railings are priced separately, and permits aren’t included, though we can help you through the permit process.
| Vinyl resurface | $30–$50 per sq ft Demo of the old surface, new plywood sheathing and a new vinyl membrane (Valor). Includes cutting back the siding where the deck meets the wall, new wall flashings, scuppers, and a joist check with repairs. We don’t lay vinyl over old plywood. |

About these prices
Why are these ranges and not fixed prices?
Size, finishes and what we find behind the walls change the price. These ranges are what most of our jobs land at. After a site visit you get a written scope and a fixed quote.
Do these prices include tax?
No. Prices are before tax. Permits, engineering and design fees are extra where a job needs them.
Where do these prices apply?
These prices are for work on the Sunshine Coast, from Langdale to Egmont. Keats and Gambier Island are quoted separately.
How often do you update these numbers?
We review them every year, and whenever material costs move enough to matter. This page shows the date of the last update.
